By creating an account or using AI-Directory, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use AI-Directory. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
AI-Directory is a community-driven platform for discovering AI companies, jobs, agent templates, skill definitions, and practitioner discussions. The service includes:
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must not share your account credentials with third parties.
You retain ownership of Content you post on AI-Directory. By posting Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make your Content available through the platform. This license ends when you delete your Content or your account, except where it has been shared by others or is reasonably necessary for the operation of the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to post your Content and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of Content you post.

We reserve the right to remove Content and suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these terms. We may also flag content as "dead" if it is reported by the community. Moderation decisions are made at our discretion.
By creating an Account, you agree to receive email notifications about activity related to your account. These service notifications are an integral part of the platform experience and are enabled by default:

Optional notifications (blog announcements, weekly digest) are not enabled unless you explicitly opt in.

The AI-Directory name, logo, visual design, software, and all non-user-generated content are the property of Raúl Ocaña Alcaide (Sole Proprietor) and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials without written permission.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not include the right to:
AI-Directory may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party sites. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Job listings posted on AI-Directory are subject to automatic archiving after 90 days of inactivity. A listing is considered inactive if it has received no engagement (views, applications, or updates) during that period.
Archived listings cannot be reactivated using the visibility toggle — they must be re-listed by purchasing a bump (€29), which restores the listing to active status and resets its ranking position.
This policy helps ensure the job board remains fresh and relevant for candidates.
AI-Directory is free to use. All content — agent templates, skill definitions, company profiles, forum access, and member profiles — is free and will remain free. We may introduce optional paid features in the future, but core functionality will always be free.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI-Directory, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your Account at any time.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concern within 30 days.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered Users of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI-Directory regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
